How Do I Withdraw Funds?
Withdrawing your winnings is easy and secure. We process withdrawal requests eight times daily via Osko for fast access to your funds.
Before You Withdraw
Before you can withdraw funds, you must meet these requirements:
- Account verified - Your identity must be successfully verified
- Turnover requirement met - All deposited funds must be turned over at least once
- Bank account registered - You must have a registered bank account for withdrawals
Turnover Requirement
All deposited funds must be turned over (wagered) at least once before they can be withdrawn. This is an anti-money laundering requirement. Winnings from bonus bets are not subject to turnover requirements.
How to Request a Withdrawal
- Log in to your account - Sign in with your credentials
- Navigate to Banking - Go to 'My Account' > 'Banking'
- Select 'EFT Withdrawal' - Choose the withdrawal option
- Select your bank account - Choose from your registered bank accounts or add a new one
- Enter withdrawal amount - Type the amount you want to withdraw
- Enter your password - Confirm the withdrawal with your account password
- Submit request - Review and submit your withdrawal request
Withdrawal Methods
Osko (Fast Payment)
We process withdrawals via Osko eight times daily:
- Processing frequency - Eight times per day
- Speed - Funds available within hours if successful
- Availability - 24/7 including weekends and public holidays
- Fee - No fee
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
If Osko is unavailable or unsuccessful:
- Processing time - Up to 5 business days
- Reliability - Standard bank transfer method
- Fee - No fee
How We Process Withdrawals
We first attempt to process your withdrawal via Osko for fast delivery. If the Osko transfer is unsuccessful (e.g., your bank doesn't support Osko), we'll automatically process it via standard EFT.
Managing Bank Accounts
Adding a New Bank Account
- Select 'New' account - In the EFT Withdrawal section
- Enter bank details - Provide your bank name, BSB, and account number
- Enter account name - Must match your verified account name
- Save account - The account will be saved for future withdrawals
Using an Existing Bank Account
If you've previously registered a bank account:
- Select 'Existing' account - In the EFT Withdrawal section
- Choose your account - Select from your saved bank accounts
- Enter amount - Type your withdrawal amount
- Confirm with password - Enter your account password to authorize
Withdrawal Limits
- Minimum withdrawal - Typically $10 (check your account for specific limits)
- Maximum withdrawal - Your available balance
- Daily limit - No limit on number of withdrawals
What You Can Withdraw
Your available balance includes:
- Deposited funds that have met turnover requirements
- Winnings from bets
- Winnings from bonus bets (no turnover required)
Your available balance excludes:
- Pending bets
- Bonus bet balances (these can only be used for betting)
- Funds that haven't met turnover requirements
Debit Card Withdrawals
Withdrawal to Debit Card
If you deposited using a debit card, we may (at our sole discretion) elect to return the funds back to the debit card used for the deposit. This is a security and anti-money laundering measure.
Withdrawal Status
Pending
Your withdrawal is being processed. This typically takes:
- Osko: A few hours
- EFT: Up to 5 business days
Completed
The withdrawal has been sent to your bank account. If using Osko, funds should be available immediately. If using EFT, allow up to 5 business days.
Cancelled
You can cancel a pending withdrawal before it's processed. Once processed, it cannot be cancelled.
Cancelling a Withdrawal
If your withdrawal is still pending, you can cancel it:
- Go to Banking - Navigate to 'My Account' > 'Banking'
- View pending withdrawals - You'll see any pending withdrawal requests
- Click 'Cancel' - Cancel the withdrawal
- Funds returned - The amount will be returned to your available balance
Cannot Cancel Processed Withdrawals
Once a withdrawal has been processed and sent to your bank, it cannot be cancelled. Contact your bank if you need assistance.
Troubleshooting
My withdrawal is taking longer than expected
- Check processing time - Osko: hours, EFT: up to 5 business days
- Verify bank details - Ensure your bank account details are correct
- Check with your bank - Some banks may delay incoming transfers
- Contact us - Reach out via Live Chat if it's been longer than expected
My withdrawal was rejected
Common reasons for rejected withdrawals:
- Account not verified - Complete identity verification first
- Turnover not met - Ensure deposited funds have been wagered at least once
- Incorrect bank details - Check BSB and account number are correct
- Name mismatch - Bank account name must match your verified account name
- Pending bets - Wait for all bets to settle before withdrawing
I can't find my withdrawal
