How to Deposit Using EFT/Bank Transfer
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) allows you to deposit funds directly from your bank account. You can also make cash deposits at participating bank branches.
What Is EFT?
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) is a bank-to-bank transfer where you send money from your bank account to ours using internet banking or at a branch.
Finding Our Bank Details
- Log in to your account - Sign in to access your account
- Navigate to Banking - Go to 'My Account' > 'Banking'
- Select 'EFT Deposit' - Choose the EFT deposit option
- View bank details - Our bank account details will be displayed
- Note your PIN/Reference - You'll need this for the transfer reference
Our Bank Account Details
When you access the EFT Deposit section, you'll see:
- Account Name - The name of our business account
- BSB - Bank-State-Branch number
- Account Number - Our account number
- Reference Number - Your unique PIN (4-5 digits)
Important: Use Your PIN as Reference
Always include your PIN as the reference or description when making the transfer. This helps us identify your deposit and credit your account quickly.
How to Deposit via Internet Banking
- Log in to your online banking - Access your bank's website or mobile app
- Select 'Transfer' or 'Pay Someone' - Choose the transfer option
- Add new payee (first time) - Create a new payee with our bank details
- Enter our bank details - Use the Account Name, BSB, and Account Number provided
- Enter your PIN as reference - This is crucial for identifying your deposit
- Enter the amount - Type how much you want to deposit
- Review and confirm - Check all details are correct
- Complete the transfer - Submit your transfer
- Notify us (recommended) - Use the 'EFT Notification' feature in Banking to alert us
EFT Notification (If Available)
Some accounts have an EFT Notification feature to speed up processing:
- Complete your bank transfer - Transfer funds from your bank first
- Go to 'EFT Notification' - In the Banking section
- Enter deposit amount - The amount you transferred
- Enter deposit date - When you made the transfer
- Submit notification - This alerts us to credit your account promptly
Why Notify Us?
EFT Notification helps us identify and credit your deposit faster. Without it, we'll still receive your funds, but it may take longer to match to your account.

- With EFT Notification - Credited promptly once we confirm receipt
