Finding Your PayID
Your unique PayID is based on your PIN number:
Your PayID format: [Your PIN]@[domain]
- Log in to your account - Sign in to access your account details
- Go to 'Profile Details' or 'My Account' - Navigate to your profile section
- Find your PIN - Your PIN will be a 4 or 5-digit number displayed in the Overview section
- Your PayID is - Your PIN followed by the domain (e.g., 12345@domain.com)
Example
If your PIN is 23451, your PayID would be: 23451@domain.com
You can copy your PayID directly from the Banking section for easy pasting into your banking app.
How to Deposit Using PayID
- Copy your PayID - From the Banking section in your account
- Log in to your online banking - Use your bank's website or mobile app
- Select 'PayID' or 'Pay Someone' - Choose the PayID payment option
- Choose 'Email' as PayID type - Important: Use email-based PayID, not mobile number
- Paste your PayID - Enter or paste your unique PayID email address
- Enter the amount - Type the amount you want to deposit
- Confirm and send - Review the details and complete the transfer

Account Name Matching
