Why Is My Withdrawal Pending?
If your withdrawal shows as "pending," it means the request has been received but hasn't been processed yet. This article explains why and what you can do.
Normal Processing Time
Withdrawals go through a processing queue before being sent to your bank:
- Processing frequency - We process withdrawals eight times daily
- Osko withdrawals - Usually completed within hours
- EFT withdrawals - May take up to 5 business days
Be Patient
If your withdrawal has been pending for less than a few hours, it's likely in the normal processing queue. We process withdrawals multiple times throughout the day.
Common Reasons for Pending Withdrawals
1. Awaiting Processing Cycle
Your withdrawal is in the queue waiting for the next processing run.
What to do: Wait for the next processing cycle (we process eight times daily).
2. Verification Required
Your account may need additional verification before we can process the withdrawal.
What to do:
- Check your email for verification requests
- Complete any outstanding verification steps
- Upload required documents via your account
- Contact support if you're unsure what's needed
3. Turnover Requirement Not Met
All deposited funds must be wagered (turned over) at least once before withdrawal.
What to do:
- Check your turnover status in your account
- Place bets to meet the turnover requirement
- See our article: [What Is the Turnover Requirement?](#)
Anti-Money Laundering Requirement
The turnover requirement is a legal anti-money laundering measure. All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn.
4. Pending Bets
If you have active bets that haven't settled, your withdrawal may be held until they complete.
What to do:
- Wait for all pending bets to settle
- Check your bet slip for any unsettled bets
- Once bets settle, the withdrawal will process
5. Bank Account Verification
We may need to verify your bank account details before processing the first withdrawal to that account.
What to do:
- Ensure your bank account name matches your verified account name
- Check that BSB and account number are correct
- Contact support if you need to update details
6. Document Review
If you've recently uploaded verification documents, they may still be under review.
What to do:
- Allow 24-48 hours for document review
- Check your email for any feedback
- Contact support for an update
7. Weekend or Public Holiday
While we process withdrawals 24/7, banks may not process incoming transfers on weekends or public holidays.
What to do:
- Allow extra time for bank processing
- Osko usually works 24/7, but some banks have restrictions
- Standard EFT will process on the next business day
How to Check Your Withdrawal Status
- Log in to your account - Sign in with your credentials
- Go to Banking - Navigate to 'My Account' > 'Banking'
- View EFT Withdrawal section - You'll see your pending withdrawal
- Check status - Status will show as 'Pending', 'Processing', or 'Completed'
What Each Status Means
- Pending - Withdrawal request received, awaiting processing
- Processing - Currently being processed by our banking team
- Completed - Sent to your bank account
- Cancelled - Withdrawal was cancelled (by you or automatically)
Can I Cancel a Pending Withdrawal?
Yes, you can cancel a pending withdrawal before it's processed:
- Go to Banking - Navigate to the EFT Withdrawal section
- Find your pending withdrawal - It will be displayed at the top
- Click 'Cancel' - Cancel the withdrawal request
- Funds returned - The amount will be returned to your available balance immediately
Cannot Cancel Processed Withdrawals
Once a withdrawal has been processed and sent to your bank, it cannot be cancelled. The status will change from "Pending" to "Completed" when this happens.
