How Do I Update My Details?

Keeping your account information up-to-date is important for security, compliance, and ensuring you receive important communications. You can view your current details in your profile, but any changes must be made through our Customer Service team.

How to View Your Current Details

  2. Navigate to Profile - Click on your profile section from the main navigation
  3. Select 'Details' - This is the default tab in the Profile section
  4. Review your information - Check your current personal and address details displayed on the page

Changes Require Support Contact

For security and compliance reasons, account details cannot be changed directly by users. All updates to your personal information must be processed by our Customer Service team.

Restricted Information

The following details cannot be changed as they're used for identity verification:
