How Do I Change My Password?
Keeping your password secure is important for protecting your account. We recommend changing your password regularly and using a strong, unique password for your account.
Steps to Change Your Password
- Log in to your account - Sign in to your account
- Navigate to Profile - Click on your profile section from the main navigation
- Select 'Change Password' - Click on the 'Change Password' tab within the Profile section
- Enter your current password - This is required for security verification
- Enter your new password - Choose a strong, secure password
- Confirm your new password - Re-enter your new password to confirm it matches
- Click 'Change Password' - Submit the form to update your password
Important
After successfully changing your password, you will be automatically logged out of your account. You'll need to log back in using your new password.
Password Requirements
Your new password must meet the following criteria:
- Must not be the same as your current password
- Must be confirmed by entering it twice
- We recommend using a strong password with a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters
Tips for Creating a Strong Password
- Use a unique password that you don't use for other websites
- Avoid using personal information (name, birthday, etc.)
- Consider using a password manager to generate and store complex passwords
- Don't share your password with anyone
- Change your password if you suspect your account has been compromised
